A customer named Akram posted a long complaint on the Facebook page of UMNIAH (one of the leading telecom companies in Jordan). Akram complained about the slow internet service, and his post went viral, resulting in hilarious memes on social media, locally and across the Arab world. As Umniah was our client we had to find a creative way to respond to this outbreak.
